Founded in 2016, CAWLE is committed to creating a strong network of women in law enforcement through leadership, mentorship, and professional growth. The project goal was to design a site that helped grow membership numbers, increase sponsorship opportuntiies, and grow the CAWLE network.

THE CHALLENGE:
Outdated, non-responsive design

Throughout the years, CAWLE and the PONetwork have built a strong relationship supporting one another's endeavors. When CAWLE came to us for a website overhaul and to complete it in just a few weeks, we gladly took on the challenge. Users are often on their website for two things: managing their memberships and finding out information about upcoming events. CAWLE was looking for a cohesive design that users could easily find what they are looking for.

Other goals include:
- Increase new memberships
- Increase membership retention
- Improve organic traffic
- Create a highly responsive website for mobile users

Our web design team got to work reframing the old website to make it easy for newcomers and existing members to manage their memberships and learn about all upcoming events.

- Responsive and accessible web design
- SEO research and implementation
- Helpful UX features including a simple checkout process
- Adding helpful buttons and forms to increase user responsiveness
